Terms of service.

We try to keep the ‘rules’ to a minimum, but here are just a few of our policies that we have in place to protect your privacy and peace of mind.

PRIVACY POLICY

Roaming Yoga respects your right to privacy. Any personal details supplied to us, either online or in person, will be used strictly by Roaming Yoga and will not be passed on or available to any outside individuals or businesses. 

Roaming Yoga uses Acuity Scheduling software, this is a third party software system used to manage bookings, payments and store information. All information is securely stored in Acuity and is only available to the employed staff of Roaming Yoga.

YOGA CLASSES - TERMS & CONDITIONS

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

2 Hour Late Cancellation Policy: If you do not attend a booked class or cancel with less than 2 hours notice you will still be charged for the class.

CLASS PASSES

All 5-Class Passes are valid for 3 months only. The classes are non-refundable. Upon request extensions may be applied for special circumstances or medical reasons. No refunds, transfers or exceptions otherwise.

Special Discounts - With our Class Passes pricing we offer Special Discounts for the following:

  • Community Service Card Holders: A Community Services Card and ID must be shown at time of purchase.

  • Students: Student discounts apply to FULL-TIME students only. A student ID must be shown at time of purchase.

  • Yoga Teachers: We welcome all yoga instructors. To qualify for this discount, please show a recent pay slip or YA membership.

HOLIDAY TIMETABLE

Please note that we have a reduced Holiday Timetable for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year.

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION

Memberships cannot be suspended or placed on hold under any circumstances. You may cancel your membership (providing 14 days written notice) and re-start at a later date.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Please note that your membership is an ongoing direct debit or credit card payment with no minimum contract terms. You can cancel your membership at any time, with a minimum of 14 days notice to hello@goldenyogi.co.nz.

Your membership will remain active and will continue to auto-renew until your cancellation request is received via email. No refunds will be provided if you do not cancel at least 14 days before your termination. You will receive email confirmation of the cancellation.

CHANGES

Should there be any changes to the terms, conditions or pricing of this membership, you will be notified by email with ample notice and an opportunity to respond.

CLASS PASSES

All Class Passes are valid for 12 months only. The classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Upon request extensions may be applied for special circumstances or medical reasons. No refunds, transfers or exceptions otherwise.

UNLIMITED PASSES

The 1 Month Unlimited Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. These passes do NOT have the option to be placed on hold.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Private sessions are available to gain confidence; learn more about technique; or plan a unique yoga experience or meditation specifically for where you are at in your life right now. Meditation specifically can help you to move blocks in your life - and help manifest your desires - so an individually selected kriya is sometimes best. Please call to discuss which teacher & style might best suit you and your immediate goals.

EVENT + COURSE PRICES

Golden Yogi is thrilled to share special Events and 6-week Courses that create extra bliss, nurturing, wellness and growth.
Please Note: Because Events vary week to week - they are NOT included in Unlimited Memberships Passes. Please see our 'Events' page for pricing on up-coming Events.

All events & workshops are strictly non-refundable.
