Our bodies are made to move & I want to help you move, every day, in a way you enjoy, to be able to do the things you love, without worrying about your body. My personal objective as a movement coach is to get you to a stage where you don’t notice your body. Wake up without stiffness, walk the dog without pain, sit at work without aches & enjoy activities you love without worry if your body can keep up.
All movement sessions incorporates a lifestyle component to develop a routine around your activity, because without considering how you can work in movement into any situation, from anywhere & at anytime, progress slows. The key to success is consistency. Little & often.
